Table of Contents

The eldest daughter of Lord Dawsley, the British ambassador to the Ottoman empire. Lady Gallorett has the physical appearance of someone around 22, and has the most unusual platinum blonde hair. She has some trouble retracting her fangs, and has taken to not retracting them at all while in the company of kindred as this is less embarrassing then accidentally baring fangs without meaning to.

Appearance

Lady Gallorett has the physical appearance of someone around 22 with a slim body shape. Of immediate notice is her hair, as she has the most unusual platinum blonde hair. At a length of about 1 meter 60, lady Gallorett does not stand out due to her height. With a weight of 48 kilogrammes and a pale skin, she matches the victorian ideal of feminine beauty well. Unfortunately, she does not usually act like a frail flower, which makes her somewhat of a conundrum and has the effect of disappating some of her attractiveness.

History

Embrace

Julia was embraced on March 18, 1872, in Constantinople.

During Life

Julia is the eldest daughter of four daughters by Robert Ashburn, the Duke of Dawsley, and his wife Lavinia Ashburn. With their four daughters—Julia, Eleanor, Permelia, and Letitia—The ambassador and his wife decided that enough was enough, and had given up on a male heir.

Growing up, Julia showed a penchant for picking up new things quickly. The sharp wit and inquisitive nature of Julia has led them to decide to hire tutors and have their oldest educated properly; after all if she is to inherit the estate, she might as well be good at managing it. Next to the customary girls' education Julia also received tutoring in mathematics, medicine, and the business side of caring for the estate. Of course, the normal girls' education was not reduced, and she is versed in the customary past-times, including dancing, riding, archery and playing the harp, as well as being well-educated about managing the household, and courtly etiquette.

Living in Constantinople provided Julia with extensive access to literature and art, which shaped her youth. Of course, her education included fluent and accent-free English and French. Due her tutoring in the sciences, she is also fluent in Latin and greek, as well as having received tutoring in arabic. She greatly appreciates literature and has spent many an hour pouring over all kinds of ancient texts, she is especially captivated by greek and arabic poetry.
