The south quarter of Duirt is under the control of the Silver Rain Republic. It is patrolled by the Port Authority.

Exotic archways and the smells of spices linger in the air here. A rich diverse culture of people, cheerful, enthusiastic and hard workers. The "Noble" or richer trade houses like Atianna also employ and trade within this area. Stone archways span gaps giving a multiple level to some parts of the area, All of it decorated in some way.
