Daniella Wickham is the second daughter of William H. Wickham, the mayor of New York City. She was bound to a vessel by Lady Gallorett as part of a scheme to stop the mass abductions by Red Light Lizzy and Jane the Grabber.

Daniella is a well-spoken young woman who has just come out to society. Next to her well-mannered appearance, she has a sharp mind and secretly likes to haggle and negotiate on almost anything. More often than not, she emerges victorious from such endeavours.
