The Giovanni clan have a certain... reputation. This is not unfounded, and their connections were used to great effect during the liberation of New York, something to which the Prince has made sure to award the Giovanni a seat as advisors to the Prince, allowing them access to the Primogen council without being Primogen. Naturally the Giovanni refer to this as Consiglieri, and the current one is Joseph "Crazy Joe" Giovanni
