“Crazy Joe” is an Italian-American Stereotype. Big time. He’s a fully loaded pasta fazool, a connected cannoli, and whatever other thing you can think of. He acts, talks, walks and bleeds marinara sauce. Whether this is an act or not, it’s not likely he can stop at this point. “Crazy Joe” is a highly effective Giovanni though, and the stereotypical way he talks and does things makes it easy to underestimate him as just another Goomba. The truth of the matter is that he is the one who brokered the deal with the Camarilla to bring people and weapons in to Manhattan for the liberation.

This has earned him a seat as Advisor to the Prince, or Consiglieri as the clan refers to it, which means that they take part of, but has no say in Primogen Council meetings. His title has the bearing within the clan that he speaks for them in matters of the Camarilla.
