“Crazy Joe” is an Italian-American Stereotype. Big time. He’s a fully loaded pasta fazool, a connected cannoli, and whatever other thing you can think of. He acts, talks, walks and bleeds marinara sauce. Whether this is an act or not, it’s not likely he can stop at this point. “Crazy Joe” is a highly effective Giovanni, though, and the stereotypical way he talks and does things makes it easy to underestimate him as just another Goomba, whereas he is the one who brokered the deal with the Camarilla to bring people in to Manhattan.
