Depending on how the campaign is set up, only certain roles may be able to create a page. Even with these settings, certain pages may still be locked to specific players.

Setting, Rules or Notes

Wondering where to put your page? In general, the Setting namespaces is used for people, places, organizations and things that exist in the game world. This may also include abstract concepts like laws or beliefs used or held by the characters within the game.

If there are game rules associated with certain things like magical bonuses granted by a location, stats for a certain player race or special character classes only available for members of certain organizations, these usually belong in the Rules namespace along with the other game rules.

Anything that needs to be approved by a storyteller before being official - like if you are designing your characters homeworld or a new magic spell - belongs in the Notes namespace.

These guidelines are just that though: guidelines - if you want to deviate, don't worry. You can always move the page later!

You can create new pages in the Setting, Rules or Notes namespace, provided you have access, by browsing to any page within it, such as the start page, index or any other page there. The New Page button should appear there in the top right corner.

If the New Page button does not appear, make sure you are logged in, and if you are, make sure you are a member of the campaign. If there is still no button, you probably do not have access to the namespace. An operator can help you get access or you can ask a moderator to make the changes on your behalf.
