Baelian would find his way over to Safe Harbor and contribute two dots of resources for that month along with volunteering time from five of his kinfolk for teaching self defense, along with two for assisting in financial assistance management (assisting in getting government aid, grants, etc.)

Huck would put in some time to help with the sorting of damaged or poor condition items in the donations, letting them know what would be necessary for him or someone else to put each salvageable item back in working order.
