Shimmer 'n' Shine

Huck was a fairly average guy, in many respects. A bit grubby around the edges, with a scrawny build suggesting he could use a few more burgers in his diet. Maybe if he got cleaned up, he might start to catch a few eyes.

At around 170cm, Huck wasn't very imposing, even if he were to put on that extra weight. His hands were deft, fluttery things that suggest he could be good in art or piano, often stained with any number of things that got into the fine creases of his fingers and under his nails. His clothes were second hand, in layers that have seen better days regardless of careful mending.

His eyes were bright and filled with curiosity, a deep mahogany shade that looked even darker against his sunburnt skin. They always flitted around, taking things in as though he could absorb it all if he were attentive enough. It gave him the impression that he lacked any real focus much of the time.

It was his hair that made him unique. At first it seemed raven black, a deep dark colour. Then the light would hit it just so, and it would shimmer like a starling's wing, an iridescence that shifted through green and purple in unusual ways. Because of this, he usually kept it hidden under a cap in the greater public.

Other Forms

Much to the amusement of those who see him in his shifted forms, Huck retains that unnatural shimmer to his shaggy fur. Being a more placid wolf and bearing signs of their domestic descendants, his ears don't maintain an upright perk, tending to flop somewhat loosely on occasion.

Additionally, in the spirit side of things, there are little things about him... A few stray feathers mixed in with his fur, somewhat larger eyes, a bob to his head as he moves. (( Spirit Heritage: Birds 3 ))

Huck is cousin to Daisy Calhoun, and can often be found hanging around and helping out however she needs.
