The east quarter of Duirt is under the control of the nation of South Vorus. It is patrolled by the Voran Watch.

Everything here is made from dressed stone, a nation well used to living in the warmth and every building is made to last. As if seeking to permanently make it's mark on the city.

There are many twisting side streets all narrow and cramped, the perfect place to set up a den of vice, if you have the stomach for it.
