Owned by House Ferency, the last 15 years saw the House members work hard to bring glory back to this region of the city. A place where Students of the Ivory Tower can live and relax. The Square was destroyed in the Siege killed hundreds of students giving their lives to protect the city. House Ferency put all it's magical efforts into restoring the Square. They worked much harder to identify each student killed in the Siege and erect an Obsidian Monolith with the inscriptions of those that sacrificed themselves for the city.
