Rangi is a large and muscular man, captaining a large and impressive pirate vessel. He is the leader of the Moonshadow pirates, and (secret to most) a Lunar Exalt.

He clearly has no fondness of Solar Exalted, but appears willing to work with the party to deal with larger problems. Despite his preferences he seeks to maintain the peace with local Solar Exalted.
