The Moonshadow pirates are a crew of pirates led by Rangi. While they keep their supernatural abilities largely hidden from others, the players have found out the pirates are established by a pack of Lunar Exalted.

Commanders of the Moonshadow Pirates are Shanty, Ruiha, Ta'ini, Nikora, Lily and Melitta. Each of them is a Lunar Exalted of the pack that established this pirate crew. Aside from the fact that Rangi has the highest rank when it comes to the pirating business, the Lunar commanders generally operate as equals.

Aside from their public stated goal of working against The Guild, the Lunars also seem to be keeping an eye on the other pirates as well as supernatural phenomena in the West.
