To participate in Jedi roleplay you will need a Jedi character.

There are two levels of training at which you can start a new Jedi character: the initiate and the padawan level.

Jedi Initiate

Initiates are the younglings and those that are still training to master the basic skills and techniques.

To start a Jedi Initiate:

1. Select Species
   Select the species of your Initiate.
2. Starting Training Points
   You get 30 Training Points (you may opt to start with less)
   • You get an additional 10 Training Points per missing Species Trait if your selected species has less than 2 traits.
3. Starting Training
   Spend all or part of your training points on basic Skills and basic Force Powers.
4. Get Approval
   Post the character on the System and Character Building forum for approval!

Jedi Padawan

Padawan, also known as padawan learners, are deemed sufficiently trained and have enough knowledge of the world to be sent on minor missions without supervision. They still continue training under a formal master-apprentice bond.

To Start a Jedi Padawan:

1. Select the species of your Padawan.
2. You start out with 2 Virtue points in each light virtue, and 1 point each in the dark virtues.
   • You must immediately shift 1 point to a Light virtue.
3. You get 50 Training Points.
   • You get an additional 10 Training Points per missing Species Trait if your selected species has less than 2 traits.
4. Spend all or part of your training points on Skills, Force Powers and Combat Styles
   • You must take at least one step in the Shii-Cho combat style
   • You must learn at least 1 Skill
5. Post the character on the System and Character Building forum for approval!
