Mister Li Hua Qing is an agent of Lord Falkland.

Originally from a Sino-Burmese origin, Mr. Li was a well-connected smalltime Silk trader in London. When approached by Mr. Johnson on behalf of the WJAC Shipping Ltd, he was eager to contribute his contacts and took the chance to return to China.

Together with his wife, he manages the business interests of Lord Falkland and the WJAC Shipping Ltd in China and the Oriënt.
