Bridewater Manor is a well-appointed manor house in the countryside. The lands associated with the estate are worked by tenant farmers. The small community forming little more than a hamlet with its six outlying farms, four small village houses clustered together with two farms and a small Anglican chapel.

A power line runs from a local power station to the manor to provide power for the electrical lighting installed with the assistance of Sir Berkeley.

Garden

Surrounding the manor is a well-maintained garden featuring a well-cared for lawn and sectioned into several more private areas by strategic hedges to accomodate parties that allow for a generous amount of privacy should party-goers seek such.

The garden's prize is a hexagonal summer gazebo. The gazebo can be adorned with partially see-through silken screens to transform it into a cosy hideout furnished with large pillows, and a low but large couch. Two small hexagonal tea tables, and a cabinet completed the furnishings of the summer gazebo.

Manor

The manor itself consists of three stories and a cellar. The ground floor is organized as a traditional manor: upon entry via the front door, one enters the large hall. The hall is two stories high, with the staircase at the back of the hall going up to the balconies going around the hall.

The ground floor of the hall connects to the parlour and the smoking room on one side, and to a small room intended as a dining room on the other side. At the back of the hall is the staircase to the second floor. The Parlour and smoking room are separated by a double door in the wall between them, allowing the two rooms to be joined together for indoors parties.

Of note are secret passage between the smoking room and the cellar, which offers both an inconspicious way out of the house via the cellar, as well as allowing access from the smoking room to any wine in store. The small dining room has been turned into a study and reading room at lady Gallorett's behest.

Upstairs, on the first floor, the right side of the manor features a hallway connected to the bedrooms for the master and mistress of the house, as well as a small office. The left side of the manor offers guest suites for two guests.

Staff

There is little permanent staff, as most of the staff travels with her ladyship when she takes up residence outside of London.

The only permanent staff for Bridewater Manor is the groundskeeper, Mr. Morrison.
