Every character is presumed to own a certain amount of land, bonds, stocks and the likes which provide them with a basic monthly income of 250 pounds. It is possible to expand the basic income through owning [[Business|businesses]], or building up [[Investment|investments]]. Characters can also have one or more [[estate|estates]], which have rules pertaining to [[servants]] and [[horses]].
