Every character is presumed to own a certain amount of land, bonds, stocks and the likes which provide them with a basic monthly income of 250 pounds.

It is possible to expand the basic income through owning businesses, or building up investments.

Characters can also have one or more Estates, which have rules pertaining to Servants and Horses.
