To say he’s handsome would be an understatement; so far as men go, he’s almost beautiful, but rugged in a certain way as well. He’s in excellent shape and dressed to show it, wearing black slacks and a dress shirt with several buttons undone to show off the top of his chest, and he’s spotless… the whole effect, with the black light and his own presence, is to more or less make him seem to glow. He’s magnetic, and despite one’s convictions, one can’t help but wonder if Cole beckoned them to come over next to him, if they’d do it without questions simply because he wanted them too.

Cole owns a nightclub called Avalon, which also serves as his base of operations, in Mid-Paradi Section B. He has an ongoing rivalry with Shackles and the other members of The Broken-Chain (Pack). The conflict is personal rather than societal so it hasn't dragged in other members of their respective factions.

Shackles and Cole have a long-standing feud, the details of which have never been revealed. The two of them grew up in the same neighborhood together and were once friends.

Cole was responsible for Shackles' imprisonment for several years and also turned Shanae Demonte into a vampire. He's an antagonist in Farrah McKinley's life as well, with her having numerous run-in's with his servants. Cole see's Farrah as the newest toy in his ongoing rivalry and enjoys playing with her, trying to break her, or otherwise depriving Shackles of her help. Cole has some interactions with Danny though his intermediary, Brad.
