Little is known of the Mekhet Priscus and High Primogen, Athiee, and he shares little. The elder Shadow has long pursued his own goals and to call him a spymaster would be to grossly underestimate his network of resources and information gathering. There’re few people he doesn’t know and Athiee has been a part of Paradise City since the beginning. Rumors abound about him but truth is as murky as the inky blackess which gives his clan its nickname. Stories circulate Elysium that he has a small group of wizards in his employ as well but Athiee never comments to confirm or deny.

Athiee is a non-assuming looking vampire, of average height and pleasing if not exactly handsome features. His look is intense, weighing everyone, their actions, and their words on his own private scale. He dresses simply and darkly, favoring blacks and grays.
