Little is known of the Mekhet Priscus and High Primogen, Athiee, and he shares little. The elder Shadow has long pursued his own goals and to call him a spymaster would be to grossly underestimate his network of resources and information gathering. There are few people he doesn’t know and Athiee has been a part of Paradi City since its beginning.

Rumors abound about him but the truth is as murky as the inky blackess which gives his clan its nickname. Stories circulate Elysium that he has a small group of wizards in his employ as well but Athiee never comments to confirm or deny. People who pry too deeply into his past have an unfortunate tendency to disappear into the darkness and most Kindred in the city know which way to look on the matter.

Athiee is a non-assuming looking vampire, of average height and pleasing if not exactly handsome features. His look is intense, weighing everyone, their actions, and their words on his own private scale. He dresses simply and darkly, favoring blacks and grays.
