A magnificent manor in the wilds of upstate New York, the property itself is heavily warded against direct approach save for those who live within. The manor is actually significantly larger on the inside, due to a combination of spellwork done by Cliff and Leanna over the years since obtaining it. Furthermore, as the manor is primarily restricted from direct approach, there are entrances from specifically chosen and purchased locations within New York City. As the city is the primary location of most Tremere who live in the Chantry, it only makes sense.
