A new arrival in the city, Dr. Smythe has recently arrived, from London based on his accent. He presents as suprisingly well-spoken doctor of medicine.

As a member of Clan Tremere, one who knows the customs of the clan might reasonably assume he is here under assignemnt from his Clan. Naturally he does not discuss affairs of the clan (or it's ranks) with outsiders.
