The Anarchs reside in the north of Hudson county, and most notably in Hoboken, New Jersey, and lay claim to everything north of there in the state (though in reality their reach doesn't go that far, and only a handful of Anarchs watch over the Washington Bridge)

Their leader is a man called Guido the Guinea or Baron Guido if you want to live to see another night. He is chiefly supported by a Nosferatu known as Dame Charlie, among other names.

His loyal opposition among the Anarchs comes from Union Jack, though she definitely backs him against outsiders. The true Anarchs knows the answer to the question "Which side are you on?"
