The Clock Tower is a large tower on top of a hill in the Central Quarter. For the first time in centuries since it's construction; the Clock Tower is silent. Every day, on every Hour, the Tower's bell would ring. A background noise that many people just over looked, now the silence is deafening. The Tower is mostly still standing with some sections fallen, but the true tragedy is the tower's famous bell. Said to have been forged from Bronze of a Dragon's Scales, the bell was cracked along it's thick side. The crack is easily big enough to fit a person's head in and thus the bell remains silent. City officials claim not to have the Bronze needed to repair the Town's famed Bell.
