He is the current rlauler of the [[Mer Kingdom]] and a direct descendant of Tiburon I who was able to unite the multiple tribes and villages into one entity, a kingdom that survives to this day. He has one son, Prince Mako (pictured with him), being his heir, and two daughters, Ariel[[Ariel R'lyoh]] and [[Airelin R'lyoh]]. His current goal is to get the merfolk out of their isolastionist state and be more accepting of outsiders, especially the land dwellers, whom he feels that they should trade with.
