The Beggars Market is a place where trade is still done the old-fashioned way, without coin. It offers many different goods, some of which aren't entirely legal, but it will only allow bartering with goods rather than gold. Often good deals can be made for something you want. The many small planters with marigolds are unable to drive the terrible smell away though.
