The High Rises are a series of many-floored storehouses where goods from ships are stored before they can be processed or moved. Because of the amounts of cargo being moved, it is often possible to barter deals here with captains that want to get rid of their stock and salesmen that don't look forward to moving everything themselves. Though no planters were put here due to the limits of traffic, honeysuckle has been shooting up in various places even where no plants should grow.

The High Rises have the additional reputation of being the place to buy "anything", especially if that "anything" recently fell off a wagon.
