Cardinal Stephanus is the current head of the Ecclesia in Duirt, and answers directly to the Pontifex. As head of the church, he is also the de-facto ruler of the Ecclesian part of Duirt. He administers from the Cathedral.

Cardinal Stephanus came to power a few years ago, after the death of the previous Cardinal Johannes.
