Kotai Sagyō is an item made by combining properties of Crystal Cloth, Datastorage Crystals & Cognizance Crystals. It looks like a sheet of cloth but when one looks closer you can see it's not made of normal cloth but of a weave of extremly thin and fine crystals.

Power storage: The weave of crystal is very effective at holding a psionic charge and can hold upto 7 powerpoints. (scale with level)

Data store: Store blueprints and written data. Show the data to others by unfurling and projecting the tekst or building plans on the weave. (spend powerpoint to store a drawing that is drawn on it)
