Kotai Sagyō is an item made by combining properties of Crystal Cloth, Data-storage Crystals & Cognizance Crystals. It looks like a sheet of cloth but when one looks closer you can see it's not made of normal cloth but of a weave of extremely thin and fine crystals.

Power storage: The weave of crystal is very effective at holding a psionic charge. It can hold power points equal to the cost of the highest power you can manifest (9 powerpoints). This works the same as with a Cognizance Crystal.

Data store: Store blueprints and written data. Show the data to others by unfurling and projecting the text or blueprints on the weave. To store this text or blueprint you must first draw it on and then spend a power point form the reserve and it will be stored.
