Valerie is a very attractive agent of the Cult of the Illuminated. She wears expensive clothes, and appears strong and independent. She was born in the Great Forks region in the east, and currently resides in Kether Rock.

Valerie was murdered shortly after her Fera-assignment. It is unknown who murdered her.
