Cult based around the shining ones
The cult of the Illuminated is a wide-spread cult based on the arrival of the shining ones. One of their strongholds is Kether Rock.
Little is publicly known about the cults inner working, but the appear to do good and help the destitute.
In secret the cult was an organisation set up by Sidereals of the Gold Faction in order to train Solar Exalted.
These days the cult is broken up into parts and the Solar Exalted have ousted the Sidereal Exalted out of the cult alltogether.
White Owl and her Lunar pack deduced the training standards of the Cult of the Illuminated in order to help the circle to attain those same standards.
