Pika can usually be found on board of a large barge the size of a small town, drifting somewhere in the western ocean for his projects.

He has selected several underwater manses that are the wrong element, according to him, and tries to change them so that the ancient continent of Saigoth may rise from the waves once again.

In his endeavours he has the support of Melika, who stabalizes the Wyld areas in the west with her powers.

He is interested in working together with the party in order to use Duras for his experiments, where the elemental dragon in turn would absorb water energy from the manses.
