A Force Philosophy is a theory and belief about the Force, usually in reference to the way certain Jedi think about the Force, though it can also include beliefs of non-Jedi Force users.

A philosophy is an interpretation of Jedi Code and the Virtues. To gain rank within the Jedi Order, a padawan or knight must demonstrate their ability to understand a philosophy through their actions (and their virtue ratings).
