Unable to continue his ranger duties, he reluctantly retired from the Vanguard and turned his focus to a quieter life. Determined to remain useful, Haldor used his savings to purchase and renovate the Snowdrift Inn, transforming it into a havena frost troll attack left him injured. He retired from the Vanguard and established the Snowdrift Inn, offering a haven for adventurers and travelers. Over the years, he has become a fixture of Frosthaven, offering wisdom, warmth, and a place to rest for those brave enough to venture into the tundra.
