Former regent of the London chantry
Sebastian already had quite some experience manoeuvring around in organisations by the time he was embraced. As an apprentice he was constantly needling for promotions. When the position of regent of the London chantry came free, he was expecting a golden opportunity and moved immediately.
The posting turned out to be not as glorious as he expected, but over the years he has learned to wrangle a semblance of cooperation out of the London prince. He has been given an opportunity to use this experience on the sabbat.
