Data in the Gallery
Depending on how the campaign is set up, only certain roles may be able to add data to the gallery. Even with these settings, certain pages may still be locked to specific players.
When editing exhibits in the gallery, it is also possible to add additional data besides a title and description. Especially in larger galleries this may help organize the content in different ways.
There are three main ways to annotate exhibits: keywords, fields and groups. You can use one or several of these methods, depending on your gallery, or avoid them altogether.
Group is the most obvious way to organize the gallery. All exhibits with the same Group set will be grouped together when displaying the gallery. You could use this, for example, to separate images of your character and images of your characters equipment by grouping the latter together under the "Equipment" group.
Keywords are analogue to tags on wikipages and allow you to mark images for easy reference. This can be used to create a second ordering, for example marking all weapons with the Weapon keyword within the Equipment group. Alternatively, if you display different images of faction members on the faction page, you could tag the members visible in the image to easily find all images containing a specific character later.
Fields finally allow you to create a data field on the exhibit. This allows you, for example, to set a gold-piece value for your equipment, or tag the date for images in a gallery.
