The Underbelly is a place to be avoided unless you have seedy business that needs to be concluded. This area is filled with the less favorable with businesses in poison making, assassinations, theft, and other illicit activities.
The area is lined broad gravel and hewn rock roads. Poorly packed gravel shifts around under foot as you wander. There are some potholes which litter the road. Most of the time you need to take a small boat to cross the murky waters to another section of the Underbelly.
The City of Elderglen lay above this section, so it was constantly dark with only streams of sunbeams breaking through the thick branches and leaves of the tree to illuminate the Underbelly.
