Description

The tavern is a plaster and wood framed rowhouse, with a white tile roof and a big brick chimney. It contains a number of crates stacked along the back wall and a poker table.

Owner

Mella, a Ratfolk, was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her parents enrolled her in an arcane college at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother. Since then, she opened her own Tavern for the less desirables to come and speak only about their business without judgement.
