The Ryba Clan, more formally known as the Rib-Eye Clan, are an African-American Union of meatpackers and steel workers many of whom came from the South as part of the Great Migration. While they are formally part of the Chicago Outfit, the Ryba Clan are the most loosely affiliated within the group, and their allegiance seems to be primarily built on money flowing from the South Side Gang to the Ryba Clan, rather than any specific shared goals or interests.

The Ryba Clan does not have a singular leader, but instead has a council of Elders - though age seems to have little to do with whether or not someone gains a seat.

Supernatural Connections

The Ryba Clan is known in supernatural circles to have access to Black Magic, though nobody seems to agree whether that means the dark arts, magic from the African continent or something else entirely. It is known, however, that they put curses on those who cross them by hiding strange effigy's in their places of residence. Even if no magic is behind that, the fact that they managed to get those in is often enough to elicit a reaction.
