The Chicago Outfit is a loose alliance of three Chicago gangs, the South Side Gang, the Genna Crime Family and the Ryba Clan. It was formed recently in response to crackdowns by the Chicago Police Department and an escalating gang war between the North Side Gang and South Side Gang.

As of yet it is unclear who leads the Chicago Outfit and blood is likely to be spent to come to a conclusion on the matter.
