One of several Chinese groups within San Francisco, part of the so called Six Companies. The Kwong Duck were originally a union of railway labourers that evolved into a laborforce to provide cheap workers for factories and the likes. They are currently in an active war with lower class westerners and murders and street fights between both groups are common.

The organization recently absorbed the Ding Xiang, a cult said to be devoted to a demon, and has been using the suicidal zeal of its members to enforce their interests in a series of 'one-way' attacks.

The Kwong Duck are led by Wen Mengyao, who prefers to solve problems with violence whenever possible, even if non-violence would be easier.
