Leader of the [[Kwong Duck]], Wen Mengyao is a man not just used to violence but integrated within it, regularly beating friend and foe alike, and being well known for mistreating his guests. He gained power by killing his way up the ranks, taking out half a douzen other potential leaders in physical combat. Has a brother, [[Wen Shan]] in the [[Chee Kong]].
