Sir Despard travels between London and Japan these days. He is currently on business voyages to Japan, ostensibly to promote industrial growth, but has taken to observing japanese culture and art. As a proper Brit, he has grown fond of their elaborate tea ceremonies. Sir Despard is a member of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland. Despard appreciates beauty in all things and is fond of new aspects of life that keep the life of a kindred fresh.
