Rich old widow, acquaintance of miss Brook. They met after miss Brook helped stop a mugging. Lady Cynthia loves talking about her life and late husband, but has no (living) relatives. Her butler tried a con where Lady Cynthia would add him to her will. This con was stopped by Miss Brook. Unfortunately Lady Scarwor died in January 1876. She named miss Brook to be her sole beneficiary of her last will and testament.
