Frenbarrow is a sleepy hamlet west of Houston (( Location? )). Or at least, it was until a brutal murder took place. Under the influence of a mind altering effect the sheriff of the town walked into the saloon and shot Bill Hikock in the head. The townsfolk went and started a posse to find the one they held responsible, one Jack. As the party wanted word with this Jack, and there were strong suggestions that he was at the very least accompanied by Kindred, Lord Krain took it on himself to guide this posse into a somewhat more Vampire-friendly variant. When Jack and his coterie were seen advancing on the town, Lord Krain set them to establish defenses. The town did SO well at this, they created a fortress which would hold back a cavalry charge.
The town now is a fortress, with Lord Krain de facto being established as kind of the Prince of Frenbarro; with his control of the militia meaning he controls who does and does not enter the town.
Lord Krain wouldn’t be himself if he didn’t go and plan to use this situation, even while at the same time seeing the place as too small and too close to an established Princedom in Houston.
————Plans————
To establish the following:
A) a hub for The Deliverer
B) A local business-interest, with The Deliverer being used to direct the profits towards His Lordship
C) A claim on the title of Prince, which is then to be favored onto a Senechal willing to take on the mantle of de facto Prince in prolonged absence of Lord Krain; perhaps someone in the circle of the prince in Houston, preventing a power struggle Frenbarrow would not win.
C1) A herd or some dolls to be a gracious host
C2) A security force to maintain control; possibly a ghoul to be granted to the new Prince to be.
C3) Preventing a power struggle which would hurt interests.
————Steps to be taken————
Ask help to set up, Mr McFlite & Lord Falkland would be likely assets for the recruitment of a local agent, while Miss Gladstone & Lady Galorett would be quite influential in establishing the Court.
