Stylish house in the city
Primrose cottage is located at 36 Great Queen Street, squarely across from the Freemason Hall. At a leisurely stroll it is 5 minutes from the Royal Opera House. The house has a good staircase at the front entrance as well as a more discreet back exit onto Parker Street. The back exit is also where the carriage is kept.
The house has a rather big dining room, but it does not yet have access to modern plumbing or electrical lighting. Though it does not have modern amenities, it does have a modern sense of style accompanied by plentiful decorations and vivid colours.
The drawing room, when not receiving visitors, can be converted to an area for more artistic pursuits. It offers a range of musical instruments. The master bedroom equipped with a queen size bed is located in the center of the top floor, offering no windows to the outside.
The house is staffed by 6 servants, a butler([Mr. Cotter]), cook, a lady's maid who also serves as the housekeeper, a footman, a housemaid and a scullery/laundry maid.
