Youngest sister of Miss Faye and Ling Zhang
Zhang Li is the younger sister of Miss Faye and Ling Zhang. She seems to have some training as a ninja, or at least she has the right outfit, and knows how to stay hidden, overhear things, and move over roofs quietly.
