The Io Diner is located several blocks from the Fortress (home base of The Broken-Chain (Pack)); a long walk on foot but a relatively short ride by vehicle. The outside is on the corner of a side street and an alley, where a small time M dealer names Shakes can often be seen standing around. He adds a bit of color to an otherwise colorful town.

The interior of the diner is done up in a retro style that’s a blast to a hundred years before. While it might not smell the cleanest, and the staff may not be the friendliest, the food is actually pretty good considering it’s located in a Mid-Paradi industrial neighborhood shithole. Iron-Eyes is particularly fond of the meatball sub, which he says is good so long as one isn’t too discerning what kind of meat they’re eating.

E-menu’s and charging ports intermix with plushy booths and counter seating. The Io primarily serves industrial workers from the myriad nearby facilities and gets crowded during break times while being dead during work hours. It’s open twenty-four hours a day for all your old coffee needs.
